Maintain your flexibility and strength throughout pregnancy. Learn postures and breathing techniques to help with childbirth.
Small friendly classes. By keeping classes small I am able to tailor classes to particular issues you may be experiencing.
Each session ends with a relaxation to benefit both you (and your baby) with calmness of mind. Many students mention their sleep is improved after the class.
This Class runs 7p.m. to 8p.m. with the opportunity for chat with other mums before the class.
BABY MASSAGE/MUM & BABY YOGA
Being a new mum is an exciting, but sometimes daunting, time. This class will give you and your baby some time to bond and relax together. The first part of the class will teach you easy basic steps to massaging your baby (which you can then also do at home) with all the benefits that can bring (see below).
After the baby massage the class continues with Mum and Baby Yoga - postnatal yoga for Mum including your baby -with songs and movement to keep them happy. Incorporated are some Baby Yoga moves, just for your little ones.
Both Classes allow time to catch up with the other mums.

I have been practising yoga for over 20 years - including ante and postnatal yoga with each of my 4 children. I found that yoga, alongside active birth classes, made a huge positive difference to my experience of pregnancy, during childbirth and post natally.
After a background of many years in education, I decided to train as an ante and postnatal yoga teacher to share the advantages I think yoga brought to me in those significant times of my life.
In addition, I have also trained as a meditation and mindfulness teacher and I incorporate these disciplines into my yoga classes. My personal favourite yoga practice is Iyengar yoga.
